We are here to serve you. Should you have any questions that are unanswered, please email us. Thank you, and God Bless.

Is W.O.R.D a 501(c)3 Recognized Non-Profit Organization?

No, we are not. We are an outreach ministry, serving the communities around us. Due to this, we do not accept cash donations. However, we are in the process of becoming a recognized non-profit organization, and confident this will happen in the very near future.

How are you funded, since you are not a 501(c)3?

We rely on material donations, services and volunteers to do the work of THE ministry. This includes products and resources for street missions, volunteers to complete missions and all other ministry work.

03
Where is your physical location?

We are where we are needed. Currently, we are active in St. Louis, MO and Southern Illinois. Due to the extreme sensitivity in nature of the work we do, and the clients we serve we do not disclose our location to the public. Please contact us if you are seeking services, wish to serve, in need of further information, or to speak with one of our staff.

You identified as a Ministry. Will you develop to a Faith-Based Organization?

By definition, ministry means, “to serve”.  Ministry is seen as service to God and to other people in His name. This means in all we do, we do in love and service to God’s people. We are founded on Christian principles. As we go forth, we are not seeking to become a faith-based organization. This for many reasons, most importantly as to not isolate countless people we are called to serve.  Some of W.O.R.D's core beliefs are:

  • Share the gospe. By acts of service, and verbally when in need

  • Meet the people where THEY are and in THEIR time of need

  • Conduct ourselves in life and labor with an attitude of no respecter of persons, as we are all made in God’s image

  • Work through establishing effective partnerships/teams with other like hearted groups which includes but not limited to other organizations, ministries, churches, schools, businesses and more as is needed to be unified in the greater cause.

How do I request W.O.R.D to speak/train at an awareness event?

W.O.R.D staff has received countless hours being educated on the issues of Sex Trafficking, Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence.  Our Founder has several certifications, studied Psychology, and is well qualified. We have been a part of many seminars, conferences and trainings where we offered vital information on the issues of Sex Trafficking. If you would like a representative to speak to your organization, please complete the Request Speaker Form and someone will contact you soon. Please give at least two-three weeks’ notice, if possible.
